“How many of us with ADD have felt, as we whirl around from one project to the next, trying to stay abreast of the mounting mass of details, that our brains were about to split? And then we look down to find our projects rolling around, like balls upon the floor.”
~Edward M Hallowell
It’s time to get rid of the guilt and shame that keeps you in hiding and embody the amazing person that you are. Working with an ADHD coach allows you to explore your strengths and the specific challenges that your ADHD presents in a safe and accepting environment. Together, you’ll design systems and strategies to enable you to move forward with your goals, with lots of support and accountability along the way.
"Suzanne's systematic approach helped me visualize and actualize my goals. She really clicked into my brain. Her questions let me know that she was listening and not just showing up." from a client
"More than anything, Suzanne helped me identify my strengths and capabilities that I didn't know I had so that I can succeed in daily life." from J.A.
”Through working with Suzanne, I gained a better, basic understanding of the neuro-differences between the ADHD and non-ADHD brain, and how that shows up in my life. Which was extremely accurate, and helpful in normalizing something I didn't quite understand, yet brought me a significant amount of stress at times. I also became comfortable thinking outside of the box in determining what works for me, and not limiting myself to traditional project management or other "typical" planning activities and tasks.” from A.S.
