Meet Suzanne
I’ve known since I was a child that I wanted to be a teacher. My parents bought me a blackboard and some chalk and I haven't looked back. I became dually certified in regular and special education at the University of Maryland, College Park and earned a M.Ed. in the area of Learning Disabilities from the University of Virginia. In 2017, I became a Certified Professional Coach through IPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. I went on to become a Certified ADHD Coach through Mentor Coach as well as an Associate Certified Coach through the ICF, which means that I’ve done a minimum of 100 hours of coaching and passed an exam.
I currently work with adults and young adults with ADHD who want to meet the challenges they face and use their talents to achieve their goals. I create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for my clients to learn and grow. Together, we work to expand their toolkits, crafting habits and designing structures that meet their unique needs.
